Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

If there is any issue with your order, you can request a return or replacement within 5 days of receiving the product in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Any other genuine concern

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement requests.

Replacement / Refund

After reviewing and approving the unboxing video, we will either replace the product with a new one or refund the amount to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
